Below you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about playing InteracTrivia. It's impossible to answer every question on this page, so if you have a question that is not answered - please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Why do I need to provide personal/contact information?
There are several reasons why we require this information. We use this information to uniquely and accurately identify our users. We also use this information to ensure the security of our site and maintain accountability to other users. Your personal information will only be used or displayed within the context of our trivia games if you explicitly permit us to do so and are 18 years of age or older.

What if my information changes?
Sign in to your account at any time to change your profile or contact information.

Is my information kept private and secure?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn about how we use, manage and protect your personal information. As we integrate viewable profiles into our game clients, any information will be kept private unless explicitly allowed for viewing by you.

What happens if I lose or forget my user name or password?
Click the Forgot Password? link in the account sign in area to have a new password assigned and sent to the e-mail address assigned to your account.

How do I get started?

Where do your questions come from?
Our questions come from many sources, including our in-house editorial team and via third-party licensing. All questions (regardless of origin) undergo the same verification process by our staff.

I feel one of your questions is wrong or ambiguous, what should I do?
If you feel that you have found an incorrect answer while playing the game we encourage you to let us know. Please review our Accuracy Policy for more details on how to report your discovery.

Can I submit questions for inclusion in your database?
We do not currently accept submission of questions. If you feel our questions are lacking in some particular area, please contact us and we will gladly add questions about that subject. Keep in mind, however, that some of our game channels have more than 10,000 questions - so you may or may not see any questions added for a particular subject.

How do I access my account settings?
After signing in click your user name located in the upper right of the screen next to 'sign-out'.

Why should I upgrade to a Premium Subscription?
InteracTrivia is free to play for all users and always will be; however, premium subscription includes access to additional subscriber-only channels, ad-free game play and additional features only avaliable to our premium subscribers.
